Aftercare
GHCFE provides after-school care until 5:30 pm. Pre-registration is required. The cost is $10 per child per day, and the child can stay up until 5:30 pm for that rate. You should provide a snack for your child to enjoy during after care.
Attendance
If your child is ill, call the school at 331-207-8932 or email office@ghcfe.com to report illness. The school firmly believes that consistent attendance teaches students responsibility. Excessive unexcused absences may lead to a students permanent dismissal from the school. Parents are expected to take an active role in assuring that their children are attending school.
Yoga Memberships
Grace Holistic families can participate in discounted yoga at Sense of Samadhi yoga studio, located in downtown Yorkville. Sense of Samadhi classes include Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Peaceful, Restorative, Beginner and more. To register, contact Tairi. For more info on classes, visit Sense of Samadhi.

Volunteer Hours
Families are required to volunteer one hour per month per student. Sign-ups are sent out reguarly via email and posted on our Facebook group. Contact the office for volunteer hour opportunities.
Quarterly Electives
Students take a quarterly elective of their choice. If you, as a parent, have an idea or skill set that would be good for an elective, please let us know. Electives run on Friday.
